Using this website

The enquiry helper prepares an email draft on your device. Its text is not submitted to an Indokalo Data server. You choose whether to send it from your email app. This website’s own code contains no advertising trackers, analytics scripts or browser storage. The hosting service (Domene AS, Norway) processes technical requests such as IP address and access logs to deliver the pages.

When you email us

We receive your email address, the message you send and any details you choose to include. We use these to review your enquiry, respond and, if you agree to proceed, handle the order and delivery. Please avoid sensitive personal information or confidential documents in an initial enquiry.

Email and service infrastructure providers process information as part of delivering those services. Enquiry correspondence and accepted orders are handled separately from the public website. An enquiry does not sign you up to a mailing list.

Research and automation

Our company research uses permitted public company sources. The starter product concerns company records, not a list of private individuals. Automation helps organise records and standard service replies. We do not treat a company’s presence in a register as evidence that it wants to buy a product.

Keeping information

Enquiry information is kept as needed to handle the correspondence. Accepted orders, invoices and payment records may need to be kept longer for business and accounting obligations. You can contact us about information held in relation to you or your enquiry.

Questions or requests

To ask about access, correction or deletion, write to data@indokalo.com. We will review your request and explain any records that must be retained. To stop further sales outreach, reply STOP to the email you received.

Company information may change after it is collected. Reports identify the source and observation date; please check the underlying record before relying on it for a decision.
