Norwegian business and accounts registers (Brønnøysundregistrene) · US SEC company filings · GLEIF legal entity records · Coverage varies by country and company
Inside the research
A useful fact. A source to back it up.
Every profile should make it easy to see what was found, where it came from and when it was checked.
Here is a small extract from our initial research. A registration country describes incorporation; it does not establish a company’s headquarters or sales markets.
An example of report fields, not a customer endorsement or a claim that this company is looking to buy.
How it works
From a question to a usable report.
Keep the brief focused. Keep the next step straightforward.
01
Tell us what matters.
Share the companies, industry or country you want to understand. We check the available sources and confirm what can be included.
02
Agree the scope and price.
You receive a clear description of the report, its limitations and the delivery terms. An enquiry creates no commitment to pay.
03
Receive the research.
An invoice follows your acceptance. Once payment is confirmed, your report is delivered as Excel and CSV files with a readable report and source links.
The person behind Indokalo Data
Hi, I’m Sondre.
I’m based in Norway, with a background in B2B sales and fish farming, and a trade certificate in aquaculture.
Indokalo Data is the company research side of Indokalo. The aim is straightforward: make business information easier to understand, check and use.
Tell me what you want to find out. We’ll start with what the sources can actually tell us and be clear about what is still missing.
No fancy presentation needed. Just tell me what you have in mind.

Let’s start with your question
What do you want to know?
A few lines are enough. Tell us which companies or market you are exploring and what would make the research useful.
This prepares an email in your own email app. You review it and send it there.
A few details
Clear before you commit.
What the research includes, and what it does not.
Which countries and companies are covered?
Our sources include the Norwegian business and accounts registers (Brønnøysundregistrene), US SEC company filings and GLEIF legal entity records across jurisdictions. Each covers a defined set of organisations and fields. Coverage is checked against your brief; we do not claim to cover every company or market.
Does a profile include contact details or buying interest?
The core product is company research. A company record does not prove a current need, buying intent or permission to contact someone. Personal email lists and guaranteed leads are not part of the starter pack.
How current is the information?
Reports include source and observation dates. A recent observation can still refer to an older filing or reporting period. Available financial history is labelled by period; it is not a forecast.
What do I receive?
The agreed report is supplied in Excel and CSV, with a readable report and links to supporting sources. Fields vary with source availability. Missing information is identified rather than filled with guesses.
When do I pay?
Scope, price and delivery terms are agreed in writing first. We issue an invoice after your acceptance, and deliver once the payment is confirmed. Sending an enquiry does not place an order.
Is AI involved?
Automation helps collect and organise permitted company records. AI can help handle standard questions. The underlying sources remain the evidence; a generated answer is not a substitute for a filing or confirmation from the company.
